Anyway, this Sunday I come to you with one that will burn your legs and lungs.
It would be beneficial if you did it at a track, but it’s not totally necessary.
You don’t need much equipment either.
Let’s get after it.
The Workout: Legs & Lungs
The Equipment: A sack, something heavy, something to step up on
Here’s what we are going to do. You’re going to take the sack, fill it with about 25% of your bodyweight and put it on.
Set your timer for 25 minutes.
A. Run 400 metres.
B. 20 step ups
C. Run 400 metres
D. 20 short step lunges
Rest as needed, complete as many rounds of this as possible in 25 minutes.
