I hope you’re all having a nice weekend wherever you are. Here in Calgary where I am we got a massive dump of snow and I’m like super stoked about it(help me).

After this one your glutes will be torched, and so will your grip, and probably your back and core too. Hard to say.
The Workout - Kettlebell Ladder
Equipment needed - 1 reasonably heavy kettlebell
1 kb swing
*rest for 1 deep breath
2 kb swings
*rest 2 deep breaths
3 kb swings
*rest 3 deep breaths
4 kb swings
*rest 4 deep breaths
5 kb swings
*rest 5 deep breaths
6 kb swings
*rest 6 deep breaths
7 kb swings
*rest 7 deep breaths
8 kb swings
*rest 8 deep breaths
9 kb swings
*rest 9 deep breaths
10 kb swings
*rest 10 deep breaths
