Today I bring you a fully body dumbbell burner. Perfect for a nice lil Sunday workout on this first weekend of NHL playoffs.
Let’s get after it.
The Workout: Full body burner
Equipment: Varying dumbbells
1A. DB step back lunge: 2 x 6-10/leg
1B. DB chest press: 2 x 8-10
1C. DB single arm overhead tricep extension: 2 x 10-12. rest 90 seconds between tri-sets
2A. DB Romanian deadlift: 2 x 6-10
2B. DB single arm row: 2 x 8-10
2C. DB alternating biceps curl: 2 x 10-12, rest 90 seconds between tri-sets
Nothing crazy, nothing overly special.
But give it your all and it’ll be a fantastic workout.
