I hope your weekend has been relaxing and rejuvenating with maybe some tasty carbs sprinkled in.
You’re gonna grab your backpack for this one…
Might sound weird I know but stay with me.
You’re gonna grab your backpack and fill it with about 25% of your bodyweight.
You’re also going to grab a sturdy, stable surface that’s roughly the height of your knees that you can step on.
You’re going to set your timer for 20-30 minutes.
You’re going to put your weighted sack on.
You’re going to run about 400 metres,
Then you’re going to do 20 step-ups on to your surface.
And you’re going to do as many rounds of that as you can before your timer runs out. Rest as needed.
That’s it.
